This policy applies to trek bookings made through Himalayan Trek Quest. Your booking confirmation sets out the amounts for your trip.
Cancel in writing by email or through the contact form. Give the trek name, the dates and the names on the booking. We calculate any refund from the date we receive your written cancellation.
The refund you receive depends on how close to departure you cancel: the earlier you cancel, the more you get back. The refund amounts for your trip are set out in your booking confirmation.
Some costs paid on your behalf before you cancel, such as permit fees, domestic flights and accommodation deposits, may not be refundable. Your booking confirmation lists any that apply.
If we have to cancel your trek, we will contact you straight away and offer you another date or a refund of the money you have paid to us.
If you want to change your dates, your trek or the names on your booking, tell us as early as you can. We will tell you whether the change is possible and whether any cost applies before we make it.
Cancellation cover depends on the reason for cancelling and on the policy wording. Read the policy before you buy it, and buy it soon after you book.
