We reply with the dates, the itinerary, what is included and what is not, and the total price with the payment schedule.
When you are happy with the plan, confirm the quotation and send us the full names of everyone travelling.
Pay the deposit shown on your quotation to secure your dates. Pay only to the account we give you in writing.
Your confirmation shows the trek, the dates, what is included and the terms that apply. Keep it with your travel documents.
Before departure we confirm the balance due, your documents, permit requirements and travel insurance with you. Read our terms and conditions and cancellation and refund policy before you pay.
